3-way matching
HU 3-utas egyeztetés (3-way matching)
Definition
What is 3-way matching?
Three-way matching is the automated check that a supplier invoice agrees with the purchase order and the delivery note before it is paid: same items, quantities and prices. AI extends it with fraud rules, such as flagging an invoice whose bank account differs from the supplier's known account, and duplicate detection so nothing is paid twice.

Where it sits in the invoice flow
After AI extraction and before posting to Billingo, Számlázz.hu or the ERP. In Hungary a NAV Online Számla cross-check can run in the same step, verifying the invoice against the data the issuer reported to the tax authority.
